It is incredible that the year 2010 has already started. 2009 was very tough and difficult year for me, and probably for many of you. I hope this year will be a better one for me.
Here are my new year resolutions, I would like to achieve in 2010.
1. Stay away from sugar.
2. Giving up alcohol and caffeine.
3. Run two half marathons and one full marathon.
4. Stretch every day.
5. Don't get depressed.
